Welcome to Cine-Casting, LLC (“Cine-Casting,” “we,” “our,” or “us”). These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your use of the website cine-casting.com, our mobile applications, and any related services, features, or content (collectively, the “Services”).

By accessing or using the Services, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree to these Terms, you must not access or use the Services.

ELIGIBILITY

You must be at least 18 years old to use the Services independently.

Individuals under the age of 18 may only use the Services with the consent and supervision of a parent or legal guardian.

By using the Services, you represent and warrant that:

DESCRIPTION OF SERVICES

Cine-Casting provides a platform that may:

  • Distribute casting notices and audition opportunities

  • Allow talent to submit information and materials for casting consideration

  • Facilitate communication between talent and production personnel

  • Assist productions in identifying and contacting potential talent

Cine-Casting does not guarantee employment, auditions, bookings, or representation.

Cine-Casting acts solely as a casting service platform and intermediary and is not responsible for hiring decisions made by production companies or third parties.

NO TALENT FEES

Cine-Casting does not charge talent fees in exchange for casting opportunities or employment on film, television, or other productions.

Users should report any individual who claims to collect money on behalf of Cine-Casting for casting opportunities.

USER ACCOUNTS

Certain features of the Services may require creating an account.

When creating an account, you agree to:

  • Provide accurate and current information

  • Maintain the security of your login credentials

  • Notify us immediately of unauthorized access to your account

You are responsible for all activity that occurs under your account.

Cine-Casting reserves the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms.

USER SUBMISSIONS AND CONTENT

Users may submit materials including:

  • Headshots or photos

  • Videos or demo reels

  • Resumes or professional information

  • Contact information

  • Other casting-related materials

By submitting materials through the Services, you represent and warrant that:

  • You own the content or have permission to submit it

  • The content does not violate any laws or third-party rights

  • The content is accurate and not misleading

You grant Cine-Casting a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to use, reproduce, display, and distribute submitted materials for purposes related to casting, talent submissions, and operation of the Services.

ACCEPTABLE USE

You agree not to use the Services to:

  • Submit false or misleading information

  • Impersonate another individual

  • Harass, threaten, or harm other users

  • Upload unlawful, offensive, or defamatory content

  • Attempt to gain unauthorized access to the Services

  • Interfere with the operation or security of the platform

Cine-Casting reserves the right to remove content or terminate accounts that violate these Terms.

THIRD-PARTY PRODUCTIONS AND OPPORTUNITIES

Casting notices, productions, and job opportunities available through the Services may be provided by third parties.

Cine-Casting:

  • Does not control third-party productions

  • Does not guarantee the legitimacy, safety, or accuracy of opportunities

  • Is not responsible for agreements or disputes between users and productions

Users should exercise reasonable judgment when interacting with third parties.

INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY

All content on the Services, including but not limited to:

  • Text

  • Graphics

  • Logos

  • Software

  • Website design

  • Platform functionality

is the property of Cine-Casting or its licensors and is protected by intellectual property laws.

You may not reproduce, distribute, or modify any part of the Services without prior written permission from Cine-Casting.

PRIVACY

Your use of the Services is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which describes how we collect, use, and protect personal information.

DISCLAIMER OF WARRANTIES

The Services are provided “as is” and “as available.”

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Cine-Casting disclaims all warranties, including:

  • Merchantability

  • Fitness for a particular purpose

  • Non-infringement

We do not guarantee that:

  • The Services will be uninterrupted or error-free

  • Casting opportunities will lead to employment

  • The platform will always be available

LIMITATION OF LIABILITY

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Cine-Casting shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, or special damages arising from:

  • Use of the Services

  • Interactions between users and third parties

  • Casting or employment decisions made by productions

In no event shall Cine-Casting’s total liability exceed the amount paid by you, if any, for use of the Services.

INDEMNIFICATION

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Cine-Casting, its owners, employees, contractors, and affiliates from any claims, damages, losses, or liabilities arising from:

  • Your use of the Services

  • Your submitted content

  • Your violation of these Terms

  • Your violation of any third-party rights

TERMINATION

Cine-Casting may suspend or terminate access to the Services at any time if a user violates these Terms or engages in conduct that may harm the platform or its users.

Users may also discontinue use of the Services at any time.

MODIFICATIONS TO THE SERVICES

Cine-Casting reserves the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of the Services at any time without notice.

CHANGES TO THESE TERMS

We may update these Terms periodically. When we do, the “Last Updated” date will be revised.

Your continued use of the Services after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.

GOVERNING LAW

These Terms shall be governed by and interpreted in accordance with the laws of the United States and the State of Illinois, without regard to conflict-of-law principles.
